Partnerships and Engagement Manager / Exercise Physiologist

Martin is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and our Partnerships & Engagement Manager. His professional journey is built on helping clients across a huge range of settings, starting his career in complex neurological rehab before moving into the world of Workers’ Compensation and CTP.
Since early 2022, Martin has focused on refining specialised pain services, helping to scale a multidisciplinary clinic from a small patient base to a high-volume regional provider. Now at HRH, Martin has stepped into a “conduit” role. He acts as the bridge between our clinical team and our partners, ensuring that our “Gold Standard” process isn’t just a catchphrase, but a reality for every GP, employer, and insurer we work with. He’s a firm believer that when you get the communication right and have an open mind, all stakeholders can win.
Originally growing up on the Coffs Coast, Martin is now well-settled into the Newcastle lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find him making the most of the outdoors with his wife and their dog, usually surfing, exploring, or training for something that has piqued his interest.
